Unable to locate pump due to manufacture company going out of business, could not find compatible relay. Recommend an electrician due to possible change out of complete system. Tried contacting customer several times with no call backs from customer.
Old regulator was reading 90 psi. Replaced regulator with new and set pressure to 65psi. Also there was a pinhole leak above the kitchen cabinets coming from the master shower. Removed a 2'6" section of 1/2" copper and replaced it with new type l copper solder joints turn on water checked for leaks none present.
Upon arrival found leaking angle stop in upstairs master bathroom. Also found old supply line in bad condition. Shut off water and replaced angle stop as well as supply line. 90 day warranty.
Left estimate to re-drain home, verbally spoke with homeowner as well as sent emailed bid
New pop up assembly installation one year warranty on parts and workmanship. Maintenance on upstairs master shower drain ,preformed yearly snaking to insure Adequate flow. Installation of new customer supplied 1 hp garbage disposal due to Failure from previous units . One year warranty for garbage disposal installation .
